1. Warranty
- Different products have different warranties, you can contact us before making a purchase.
- Most products carry at least a 3 day warranty.
2. Returns
- Please email zvqwq at [email protected] if you would like to apply to return a product.
- Products that have confirmed quality issues may be returned within 3 days of receiving.
- Once the return has been approved by zvqwq, the customer needs to return the product/s back to us and, when we receive the product/s, we will refund the order.
3. Replacements
- Please email zvqwq at [email protected] if you would like to apply to replace a product.
- Products that have confirmed quality issues may be returned within 3 days of receiving.
- Once the replacement has been approved by zvqwq, the customer needs to return the product/s back to us and we will pay for the shipping fee for the replaced product/s that we ship to the customer.
When contacting us regarding Warranty, Returns and Replacements, always include the following in the email:
- Photos of the front and back of the package, envelope or box.
- A photo or video of the product issue/defect, as well as an explanation of the problem.
Please note regarding product returns:
- Please keep all of the packaging materials and shipment note(s) as they will be needed for making the returns.
- After mailing the products back to us, please ensure that you provide us with the tracking number for shipment and a photo of the shipping receipt.
- Please always use the cheapest shipping method available when making product returns.
- Refunds are made via the payment method that you originally used to make the order.
